You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan, unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.
All content and materials within the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Moonlight, LLC or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal use.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You agree not to share sensitive data that violates privacy laws unless you have the proper rights and consent to do so.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service outages, modifications, or discontinuation.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date and may notify users via email or in-app notifications.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
